Bad customer service

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I received very bad customer service from the American Express branch in Gardens Centre, Cape Town. I called this morning, 25 May 2017, to enquire about money transfers and the lady on the phone was very rude to me. I was asking her simple and straight forward questions and she practically shouted at me. I hope you guys do something about this kind of behaviour, as this is not a way to treat customers.
