Poor service after payment

My son did his drivers license through them. It went well. Then when he received the card the code said outomatic instead of gears used. When I contacted them to help me sort this out, I was told to just do it myself. I asked them to forward me the registration papers of the car he used ( which belong to them ) as well as a proof of his appointment and a letter stating what he used, and what he was tested for, so that we can try and rtesolve this. I was met with irritation, a lady that shouted at me after putting down the phone 4 times, while trying to get hold of her. And then she just put the phone down while yelling that it is not her problem, on Tuesdays she has other work to do. It is 4 days after my original contact, and she can't keep people in the loop everyday...(.but 4 days might help me) She refuses point blank to assist me with this They are unprofessional, pathetic and completely useless
