HORRIBLE admin

The driving lessons itself are very helpful- but to actually get a lesson is a big stuggle. They have absolutely no problem taking in money for the R6500 package (which is for unlimited lessons until you and the instructor feel that you are ready for the test), but when it comes to you asking for lessons there is always an excuse or some kind of problem- with their cars, employees, you name it. I see it as follows out of a money making perspective: It makes sense to take as many of the unlimited package money from clients and to not provide the required lessons to them and then use this extra time for cliens making use of the \per lesson"package. This way they have a constant inflow of cash WITHOUT the required capacity to deliver the necessary service to their clients. They never have enough cars available for lessons or not enough space in the car to take you to make an appointment for learners/license (which is also included in the R6500 package). <br> <br> PLEASE STOP TAKING IN MONEY FROM CLIENTS WITHOUT THE RESOURCES TO FULFILL YOUR PART OF THE AGREEMENT!<br> <br> Definitely not recommended - except if you have more patience than me- and believe me I do have a lot!"""
