Poor Service

Our company's experience with Amega started off great. They were quick on the draw, they visited us the same day to get the quote done for the carpets to be done, got the quote out, matched a quote and the job was done leaving 2 carpets damaged in the process with soap engrained in the carpets. Coming out to get the job done the first time was no problem as they were eager to please. Getting them back to fix the dried resurfaced soap marks on the carpet is another story. They do not answer emails or WhatsApp messages, and getting a hold of them on the landline is trying at the best of days. Communication is absolutely key when it comes to running a business especially after you damaged the client's carpets. I will not recommend their services to anyone at this point based on the way they dealt with it towards the end.
