Amega Cleaning Service unprofessional

They came to my house to clean my car seats which had some stains on them. Once dry the stains had unfortunately not come out so I messaged them to ask about whether they could come back and give it another try- because this was what they promise on their website. They rep**** to me for about a month promising that they would come back but they eventually stopped responding. They were completely unprofessional. If they had just been honest with me, saying they had tried their best but it wasn't possible to remove the stains I would probably have moved on but they strung me along and then just stopped replying.
