Ameer Jewellers - Worst Service

I wanted to have something made as a present for my mum's birthday. The owner (Imraan) and sales lady (Alice) were very excited and assured me that they could make some options and knew what I wanted. I paid a deposit, constantly chased both the owner and sale staff for feedback but no one seemed to care. Every week I was told my order would be ready in a week and/or someone would call in a day or 2 with an update - None of this happened! The sales lady, despite multiple conversations, had no clue what I wanted! Listening is definitely not a strong point. After waiting a month, eventually, I was told they will pay the deposit back. I suggest you NOT use this jeweler in Sandton City/Nelson Mandela Square. Especially not if it's a special gift for someone as you're going to wait a month and get nothing!
