AME Power Solutions disappointing service

A solar Installation was completed by AME Power Solutions and connected incorrectly. AME Power Solutions are specialists in this field and this is unacceptable. We have also not received the regulatory Certificate of Compliance for this installation from them. The Project Manager for AME Power Solutions has accepted accountability for this on behalf of AME Power Solutions and the resultant financial loss caused. The installation has been now rectified after 3 site visits. Promises of communication with us has not materialised and we are awaiting their amicable and ethical solution to this, non the less.
