Amdec, not a care for property laws

Hi everyone<br> <br> I am sitting here in my apartment in Melrose Arch trying to study for the last 3 hours for an important exam, its 20:00 and the people from Amdec are still doing repairs & building work (thudding & grinding) in the apartment above, an apartment which they have been work on for the last year. The same apartment that had a pipe incorrectly installed and caused a leak onto my roof. They had apologised for this, but alas it still doesn't make it right. Needless to say the roof is okay, not 100% restored but its okay (not as good as new).<br> <br> Putting that a side however this time round they do not seem to care for property laws governing a sectional title block. They have been working on the unit above for the last 5 hours and its now 20:15 on a weekday. I went up a spoke to the person in charge, and asked if he had approval from the Body Corporate to work so late. He answered that Guy Gordon said he could do the work. This is frankly unacceptable. Surely as a company that builds properties you would know the laws that govern property development.<br> <br> I don't know, seems a little unprofessional to me.<br> <br> Thanks, from a disgruntled customer.
