Always late in paying rental income to landlords

This company doesn’t care about landlords. They are very *****ed in dealing with property owners and they are alway late in paying landlords their money. I’m sick to my stomach with working with this group I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy an apartment developed/owned by Amdec.
