Shocking after sale customer service! Jacques the rep never arrived for a meeting. He never returned phone calls, SMSs or WhatsApp messages. Angelique never rep**** to emails. She told me the Director is Alan & gave me his email address. He also doesn't reply to any of my emails. The damp problem is worse than before they did the repairs and now they are not coming to fix their mess. So they do not honour their 10 year guarantee.
