Bad workmanship and false promises

Worst experience I have ever had with any company ,called them to repair a leak 5 months ago ,payment was made and they came out to do the job not even 1 week after the leak was still there I requested them to come out again they did but the leak still remained ,I am sick and tired of phoning them emailing them with no response 10 year guarantee is not lived out by this company we have no other choice but take legal action I would not recommend this company to anyone Stay away !
