AMC - Appauling service

I have had numerous problems with my AMC cookware . At the time of purchase I was informed that there was a life time guarantee , no one understands or seems to have heard of it at AMC . I requested for the CEO’s email which I have not received todate. I waited over two months for a manager to call and eventually received a call from a guy who refused to provide his name and was screaming down the phone at me . I offered to deliver the lids so that the knobs could be replace and was informed that postage would still apply !! I regret making this purchase and I advise everyone to stay away from AMC
