WHY CAN'T PEOPLE IN COSMO CITY RELY ON YOU?

How absolutely shocking that someone can die and they won't care!!! They have forgotten that their job is to save lives. The whole process made me sick to my core. Started off okay, phoned as normal, the first lady I spoke to was sweet and I was assured help was on its way. I was given a reference and I had hope. Yes time has never been their strong suit but I knew that no matter how long they take, they will come.... MAN WAS I WRONG!!!

Instead after waiting an hour, I received a phonecall from the rudest person I have ever spoken to and this rude person stated they were nearby. Hope was back but crushed again when it was all just a lie. After that they refused to take my call and this has made me sick to my core... The call center has tried time and time again to patch me through and all I get is voicemail.

MUST SOMEONE DIE BEFORE SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS???
