Shocking service

<p>I was at work when I witnessed an accident take place at the intersection on R44 and corner of Webbers Valley Road. I immediately called 10177 (the ever-so-advertised emergency ambulance service number) I waited minutes for someone to answer, the call redirected about 4 times and still no answer, time is life. Eventually someone answered and I told them about the accident . I was asked for the address and gave them the street address (cnr R44 & Webbers Valley Rd) to which I was asked in what area the accdident is, I said Stellenbosch and told him I had already given him th estreet address an d that should be efficient. He said R44 is a long road to which i responded saying that it is, but that R44 and Webbers Valley Rd only meet at one place (keep in mind he still hasnt sent someone, and time is flying by..) This man was completely *********** and couldn't even report the accident with the street address i gave him (which by the way, is our verified work address for Donford BMW Stellenbosch) SO much time wasted on *********** staff who take their time when people's lives are on the line, absolutely shocked at the service an dhow long it took for someone to answer. Never ever again, rather contact er24 in an emergency on 084 124. </p>
