One rescue needs a rescue

Had the worst experience with a rude paramedic whose name I learnt is Nontokozo...shes also apparently a rookie. Found it extremely upsetting that my dad is on the top floor and asked if he could walk down after telling her he couldn't breathe properly. She was just very rude considering the situation and very unsympathetic.
