HORRIBLE SERVICE

<p>We had an incident where one of our colleagues had a siezure due to the heat, the ambulance was called at 13:15 but by 14:38 the ambulance had not arrived even though we had specified that it was an emergency.<br /><br /></p> <p>The service is ridiculously horrid, what if she had died while waiting on our emergency service to aarive... these people have the lives of people in their hands however they are slow and incompetant. </p>
