Disgusted by provincial ambulance man

Honestly I know all ambulance services are good.. and normally you can't blame a whole company for 1 man's wrong doings.. however my father of 60 took his brother of almost 80 years to the mall this morning at lemon tree in Alberton. A very rude paramedic pushed my uncle out of the way swearing at him for walking to slow... when my dad confronted the man, because you don't speak to old people that way, he grabbed my dad by the throat. My dad got the registration but when phoning the company the phone was put down in his ear. My dad asked for camera footage hoping to take this to the police. I honestly can't believe that someone that is supposed to be caring about people would treat anyone that way.. never the less.. we are hoping to get this guy caught.. he does not deserve to be working in this field.
