Bad service, rude paramedic and disrespectful

Disappointed by Paramedics with no care or sympathy. MY brother is diabetic & also on a 2yr treatment of TB. He felt very sick yesterday morning as i left for work. I was called told he is getting worse I called an ambulance 10177 @ 3pm it never came only arrived @20:10 area Umlazi G223 Nkanyamba RD & the time it arrived i had drove from Portshepstone from work to home to fetch my brother in a very sick state who could not stand or breath well. A lady driving the Ambulance with her assistance Paramedic Thabizolo ask if we called for assistance, they stayed inside the ambulance for a lousy 10mnts which felt like 10hrs to us cause my brother was sick,standing outside in the cold with him as we were already living to Prince Mshiyeni hospital by the time they came. As hurt i was I told him that we called since 3pm u guys only coming at 8pm what if he died? Thabizolo rudely responded he got nothing to do with that as he was sleeping at the time we called. Why does he work if he is not passionate with his work, they then drove to another place to pick up another sick patient they didn't even care or decency to tell us that we not going straight to hospital .Appalled by this really?
