Bad Service and inhumane paramedic

I have been calling an ambulance since 10:27, they gave me a reference and told me to wait for an ambulance since there are many calls and they are only using 5 ambulances in Bloemfontein. I tried doing a follow up until 16:00 when i was told that the reference doesn't appear on the system and i have to register again and why would i stay with a critical person at home when i can take her to the hospital by myself. Mind you i tried to explain that if i had transport i wouldn't have called them. I registered again and waited until 22:45, the ambulance came but the service was so poor. Th lady asked me few question and I answered every question. She then turned to her colleague who was trying so much to assist. The lady just became rude and told me they can't take my granny because she doesn't have any chronic diseases and she's not in a life threatening situation. Mind you that my granny couldn't walk, talk nor move her body 💔 I'm so disappointed in our government. I then told her she can leave her behind because that's what she want. She just said nah I'll take her anyway it's my job. I'm so torn.
