Refused to book an appointment, after receiving payment.

I would give this spa a negative star if it were possible. I bought a spa voucher for this spa on daddy deals in December 2017. Called the spa only to be told they were booked out for the holidays and would only be free in January. This is understandable. They took my details and promised to call back. 23rd of January, still no call from this place, I called back only told be told they were still booked out and the next available appointment is on the 8th of April. This is five whole months after I have paid for a couple's package. They do not want to honour this deal, and do not want to refund me either. Why advertise deals, if you have no intention of honouring it? This spa is a ****.
