The wellness spa not only gave me more stress, they could not accommodate my booking they made for me today at Westville for 16h15.

Their manager called today 12h22, and quickly advised me that I can get a refund through daddy's deals, I wasn't looking for a refund

Customer Service is a challenge in Durban, this spa proved that once again.
