No customer service
This morning (21nov25) we ordered a 3m flat bar from Ambrose for R2395.30. at 9.28.54 am we paid with express clearance and emailed the proof of payment to Hilda, the sales lady. i asked her if they could cut it in half to load on a ldv. we despatched our driver immediately knowing the challenges with the G20 and we know Ambro closes at 2pm. at 1.55pm our driver phoned to say that Ambrose will not load him. our logistics manager than spoke a Yolandi who informed him that our order was not ready. he informed her that we had sent a bigger truck and that they did not need to cut the steel it can be loaded as is. she rep**** that the loader had already left and refused that our driver load the piece of flat bar. so after a 90km trip one way we get a cold shoulder. now we have to do that same trip on Monday and we needed the steel over the weekend. the wasted cost and time is more than the cost of the product
