Unity Healt / Ambledown

I would just like to warn you if you joined UnityHealt / Ambledown for Primary & Hospital C plan. They have not settled ONE of my persioner parents accounts. In October my mom collapsed. We did not know if it was a stroke, heartattach or whatever. After taking her to the ER in Linmed, Ambledown/Affinity Health Manager PERSONALY (would rather not mention her name) assured me that ALL TEST TO DETERMINE what is wrong with her will be fully covered. She even mentioned it to the radiology department. Now, after being told that I will be handed over for payment she says that because it was not a heart attack, all the tests will not be covered. IF THE TEST WASN'T DONE, THEY COULD NOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE. Please stay away from this company, as they look for reasons not to pay. The premiums are affordable, but how does the saying go "if it is to good to be true, it is". Please spare yourself a lot of stress, rather pay more and get paid out.
