Trying to claim, like pulling teeth. Very frustrating

If there was a zero star option, it would be more suitable. Does this company even exist??? Trying to submit a gap cover claim and I receive NO response. It's like tying to communicate with the dead. Honestly, I would not recommend them to anyone!

Dear Alison B Thank you for the review and apologise for the frustration and the negative experience.

Yes we exist, our office remains closed and all teams are working remotely.
