They take your money but have a problem seeing to claims

Really bad service. They didnt inform me about documents that were outstanding, only when I called to query it was I told about this. I've been calling for the last 4 days and the situation is still the same. Nobody contacts me back, I need to call. It's just excuse after excuse. They are so quick to deduct your money every month but when it's time for them to pay up, it's such a problem. I'd rather go back to discovery gap cover. This is pathetic
