Still Awaiting Claim
I logged this claim on 15 December 2015, the consultant then decides to go on leave and I am still awaiting my refund. Could somebody please let me know what is happening as I did send an email to [Email Removed] with no feedback to date. Don't tell me to not log calls on hellopeter and should rather go through compliance first, as yourlls service level is below par.

o Our claims process is detailed in your policy document;
o I outlined the process again in my emails to you and asked you to follow the workflow process to assist us in finalising your assessment quicker, which you chose to ignore;
o We value our colleagues and at regular intervals they are allowed time off work. We believe that the measures put in place during an employee's period of leave, are adequate enough to deal with the workload;
o Your claim(s) to date have been assessed fairly and correctly within the service level. As per our records, as of yesterday morning the claim(s) are finalised;
o We will continue to improve our service levels and note your comment.
Thanks and kind regards,
Paul Makwea
