SHOCKING EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER FORGET....

I was shocked the way my claim was handle for my late brother with the company called Ambledown. YES... NO!!! I was shocked to receive an email telling me that the claim has been rejected. The reason I was so shocked, SOLLY KUNENE from the very same company phoned me and told me that my claim was approved. He further advised that I should expert payment on my account the next day. The rejection reason is UNBELIEVABLE - non payment of premium for 1 month. The policy I'm talking about COMMENCED IN 2013 UP UNTIL JUNE 2019. The deduction of premium was done through my late brother's company SUPERCARE. THAT MEANS AMBLEDOWN WAS GETTING THEIR PREMIUM BEFORE MY LATE BROTHER EVEN GET PAID FOR ALL THIS YEARS. When the terminal illness that my brother was suffering from worsen, ended up taking his life in July 2019. The employer did not pay my brother a salary the month of June 2019. The he was suffering fighting for his life he doesn't even know that the employer did not pay for that particular month. He also had another policy with OLDMUTUAL of which was paid even thought they did not receive the premium for the month of June, the outstanding premium was deducted from the claim payout - treating customer fairly (TCF). This company caused lots of disturbance and more trauma to my family as if losing loved one's is not ENOUGH! VERY BAD!
