Nothing happening with claim - no feedback - stay away if you want cover.

My complaint is the same as just about every other complaint here, you pay for years - and when it comes time to claim, you get nothing.

2021/07/01 - I submitted a claim with regards to my wifes pregnancy and hospital stay. I got some nonsensical response about covid and using the app for claims.

I responded to them asking if the email claim I sent in was sufficient as I don't have access to the app. No response. (have a look at the reviews for the app - it doesn't work - and if you can get in, your claim doesn't show)

2021/07/02 - I receive an auto-response that my claim is registered and will be finalizeds in 10 working days. (that would mean 8am 2021/07/16)

2021/07/12 - I manage to get their app installed and see that my claim does not show - I proceed to email them again (info & claims) - asking for them to confirm all is in order. No response again.

2021/07/13 - I email their compliance email address (cc info and claims) - from experience earlier this year - it seems to be the only active email address.

I got a response from Paul that I should have feedback by close of business 2021/07/16 (again, didn't happen).

2021/07/16 - morning - I email them again asking for confirmation all will be resolved - the 10 working days are up - and Paul said I'd have feedback on this day. Paul responded that "is awaiting final quality assurance" and he'll follow up. That was the last I heard from them.

2021/07/16 - 3:30pm. Email Paul again asking for their formal complaints process, as it's pretty clear from social platforms that this is their SOP. No response as yet.

2021/07/19 - the claim has not been settled within 10 working days. They have provided no feedback as per Paul's by end of business on the 16th. They have made absolutely no attempt at communication.

I am giving this till the end of this week and will then submit my policy cancellation and submit a complaint to the ombudsman. Your service is nothing other than disgusting.
