NO REFUND OR FEEDBACK

I was diagnose in Nov 2014 with breast cancer. In December 2014 they have removed me LEFT breast. I was due in jun 2015 due for a reconstruction on my LEFT breast. The operation needs to be done IN TWO STAGES. The first operation was the 17/6/2015 and the second one was on 24/6/2015. Before I could do the operation I need to pay an Co-Payment of R10 000 and a further R10 000 for cost above the medical aid cost.<br> The operation on my RIGHT breast I paid by my self at the hospital in the amount of R21 316.62. All the cancer reports/motivationsand payment proof. I have sent them SEVERAL emails explaing them the process and reasons for payments. I followed up several times but do not receive any reply. They have worked on my right breast aswell BUT THAT I HAVE PAID R21 316.62!!!!! I have provide them with the doctor details if something is not clear.
