This morning I phoned Ambledown to enquire about their Gap Cover Policy, I had to phone them as all my emails have gone unanswered, even though I received feedback that they were indeed received<br> I have spoken to 3 staff members this morning none of whom had any idea about the product, eventually I was given a number for Chanel who could definitely help me, unfortunately this number *** is constantly engaged or does not exist <br> 2 of the 3 people I spoke to in the office did not speak any understandableEnglish
