NO FEEDBACK NO PAYMENT???????????????

I am still waiting on my claim to be paid out for well over a month. Requested irrelevant documents which we provided nonetheless.... 2 Weeks later they ask for the same thing to be sent....? We send it again and I ask for someone to get hold of me to let me know what is going on... 2 weeks later still ignored.... Promised the claim was submitted for payment which will reflect in 72 hours... that was a week ago, and wouldnt you know it they still dont have the courtesy to reply to my mail and tell me what is going on... very quick to take clients money but when it comes time to return the service you pay for they are nowhere to be seen!!!! Disgusting, inexcusable customer service.
