LIABLE TO PAY SHORTFALL BECAUSE OF SIZWE MED AID AND AMBLEDOWN

These guys could not provide me with terms and conditions and no communication sent on monthly basis yet they had the nerve to say they not going to pay my hospital shortfall because it was after 6 months I should have claimed before . Sizwe medical aid sold me out as well as I was under the impression that they link with the gap cover service provider if there's a shortfall without my involvement. I actually found out after paying them for 8years and only got to know Ambledown then,i didn't even know the company responsible for my gap cover as we've never been in contact. I now have to pay the Dr R5000 because of all these gimmicks
