Good Customer Service from Ambledown

I know that Ambledown Financial Services have been having some issues with their underwriter going into liquidation and although I feel that the company itself could have been better and more transparent with their communications on the matter, I must commend the staff, in particular Ashley van Zyl, for really trying their best to give their customers a positive experience in a difficult time. I called to query a couple of payments that hadn't come through and happened to get Ashley on the phone. He investigated my claims, followed up with me by phone when he had any information and at all times was professional, calm, polite and a huge credit to the company. Thank you Ashley, I really appreciate the efforts you made on my behalf.
