GAP COVER PLUS - worth nothing
Had first claim in years since started with policy. I have been paying every month. Submit claim, They paid almost R500 within 2 days, rejected claim of X-rays, because it was rejected by medical aid - THEY DID NOT LET ME KNOW< I HAD TO PHONE THEM. Was told I needed to wait for new medical aid statement showing that they did pay almost R5000. Submitted the claim again. Same story, no feedback at all. Phoned again. Simply telling me they do not pay for x-rays or bloodtests. So what do they pay - Only co-payments on doctors accounts. This was for a scan after a vehicle accident in hospital
WORST SERVICE, I will make it my mission to inform everybody that want to listen, never to trust GAP cover, it only takes your money. I will rather save with my medical aid or in the bank. Thank you for nothing Ambledown/ Talksure - You do not ever deserve 1 star

You also raise concerns around the product, i.e. it does not meet your expectation(s), those are unfortunately mistimed and misdirected. I encourage you to escalate them to your broker so that they can explain the functions of the policy.
