Dont waste your time with ambledown
Its been almost 2 months since i submitted a claim and still waiting, if i dont call them i do not get any updates, and when you call its always the same response that my claim has been forwarded and will be processed, but nothing gets done, worse service!

I am truly sorry and sincerely apologise for the extreme delays in the assessment of your claim. Volumes have picked up, members of staff and or family members have fallen ill and work has to be redistributed regularly, resignations, etc. it is a tough period overall. These are not the standards of service that we set ourselves and we aspire to do more to improve. The team is stretched, but are committed to work right through and we believe that the end of the "delays cycle" is near.
