Delay in claims process
Hi
I have tried to contact ambledown claims department about 4 times holding for 10 minutes each time then call gets disconnected.
The claim status has not changed for 3 weeks now when will this be actioned?
I am getting aggravated by the delay on this claim process. I also followed up last week and was told that the claim was escalated.
No feedback or nothing.
It has been 2 and a half months since I submitted this claim.
When are you planning to finalize this claim??
