Death claim - snotty feedback or no feedback
<p>good day</p> <p>Kindly rever to emails send to derrick Nkuzana and Mantoa Kumalo. This stated in February allready.</p> <p>I've send all the hospital and medical aid statements, as they have requested.</p> <p>Derricks comments:</p> <p>"i don't see the doctors account in the documents above, the documents above is the same documents i received previously but there was no doctors account as i have said it yesterday.</p> <p>kind re-send the doctors account at med clinic as i never received the doctos account after i have requested it several times.</p> <p>all i received was the two page claim form with id copiers and certificates. then later i received the medical aid statement, but i have never received the doctors account.</p> <p> </p> <p>don't understand what doctors account they need if my dad was in hospital.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is extrememly unprofessional and i will rapport this matter to the FAIS ombut for short term insurance.</p> <p>Please provide me with a complaint reference number, as i have previously asked Derric, with no response received again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will let the ombudsman then sort you out. How in heavens name can one person struggle like this.</p> <p> </p>
