CORE PAYMENT REFUND
Good Day.
After being admitted to the hospital, I was required to make a 3800 core hospital payment.
I submitted all the required paperwork shown on the claim cover page form, but they claimed that there was still a missing item. I asked them to give the information they would need, but they continued to send it one piece at a time, so now I have two reference numbers for the same claim. I've been paying the extra gap to assist me during this time but its been four weeks now, and there has been no progress on the claim. they collect my monthly premium but if it time for the premium to work they side
They said that I had a new claim submitted today, although I never did. The reference numbers are *** and ***.
please resolve urgently
