Ambledown Lack of service is shocking

Hi all, if you are thinking of Gap Cover, avoid Ambledown. Worst service by far. Claims submitted get ignored, and they do not respond to emails at all.

I submitted a claim in June, and every month without fail on the 1st they send me a mail requesting the same documents I previously submitted to them.

This is repeated month after month, after month. And when you phone them for feedback they have not even read your mails.

I definitely would not recommend them, service is non existent!!!
