Ambledown GapCover is Pathetic

Pathetic service. Basically a month and they’re still asking for the same documents we sent from day 1! They keep on telling me that I will get a call back which never happens. When I eventually got a hold of someone,They confirm to saying its over the claim waiting period, so why is nothing being done or resolved ? It really is like pulling teeth dealing with this company.

Discovery have paid out our claim within 3 days.
