Ambledown GAP Cover - Run for the hills
Ambledown is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with!
When it comes to GAP cover you are better off banking the money into your personal account.
1. It takes them 1-2months to even respond to a claim and you constantly have to beg for feedback.
2. In these trying times you have to front the bill that Ambledown is meant to cover and then you waiting 2 months to get your funds back this involves constant requests for feedback and constant frustrations with their claims team!
3. Staff are very unhelpful, when you request feedback they send you generic emails saying apologies and all that **** instead of attending to the matter. If you end up dealing with a lady named Ashley Van Zyl run for the hills.
Their management staff don't attend to the requests and you are wasting your time trying to scale things up.
All in all, dealing with Ambledown has been the worst experience of my life and I really suggest looking into other companies before you get taken for a ride with Ambledown Gapm cover through the "Pogir Group"
Thank you for the feedback on your experience.
On the whole it is undesirable and we are not proud of that kind of service.
There is a complaint resolution process in your policy document, you didn't need to endure weeks of lack of service.
In future please send an email to *** for my attention.
The claim for you is rejected as per policy terms stated in the rejection letter.
The second claim for your dependent has been authorised for payment. Details will be in the claims settlement letter. funds should reflect in your account in the next 24 to 48 hours.
For anything else, please feel free to email me on ***
Yours sincerely,
