Ambledown (Elixi) Ripoff

Ambledown Insurance Gap Cover, now trading as Elixi Gap Cover, is not worth your money. Have paid premiums for years. Went to hospital earlier this year for hepatitis. Claimed R5760-00 for specialist account and tests done in hospital. They found all kinds of loopholes why they shouldn't pay. Eventually only got R2600. This is not why I got Gap cover at more than R300/month! Warning to others: Stay away from this company who are full of promises but refuse to pay when you claim.
