Ambledown *******!
Pathetic service from Ambledown despite paying our monthly dues diligently and religiously. We submit a claim for R35 K and are refunded only R14 K. With no explanation at that?? How is this possible?

Claims turnaround time is 14 days from receipt of all supporting documents. None of your claims are late.
Payment of R14k relates to Dr Taylor, was released by the bank yesterday afternoon. As soon as feedback file is received from the bank, it is imported into the policyholder system to generate a letter that confirms details of the claim. The second part of your concern will be addressed.
The claim for Dr du Plessis and David is for a different treatment date, therefore a separate claim reference number is allocated. It will be finalised in this week.
