Ambledown are really dismal at the moment

This has been a dismal performance to say the least. Submitted a claim for R 650.00 three months ago and still waiting for payment to be effected. All claim forms were correctly filled in and submitted. Payment was then made to a bank account which was closed over 2 years ago. Now waiting for over 10 days for money to be re-paid to the correct bank . Promised by supervisor for latest yesterday... that has come and gone with no payment. Shop around , there must be better than this at the moment. Absolutely dismal.
