The company completely messed a clients hair having the wrong man cut a ladies hair whom actually wanted a trim. Their excuse. that instructions were not given clearly. staff unacceptably impolite manager defended. and came to a verbal agreement offered to give products to assist with regrowth. To date AMBIENCE ETHNIC repeatedly have been delaying make stories for three months in business treating clients and serving clients, however struggle to get the so called specific products. and now repeatedly say management( one person/owner) is unavailable as they working outside the store and or a day after that they(management) are now in hospital. Again mention of products cannot be given out without manager then the products take a long period to arrive. Company shows lack of professionalism, sympathy, empathy and no desire to retain happy clientele with service and responsibility. Delay after delay via their whatsapp business number and not answering calls only after you have attempted a number of times while their online. To date no resolve has been made by the Ambience Ethnic.
