Worst service ever

This is the worst tracking company, don't even think about using their services I was in a dangerous situation and I activated the panic button, I couldn't pick up the phone and they didn't bother trying to fing my car and help me in that situation, right now I've been trying to talk to their management about the issue but they tell you to hold the line until they drop the call, I've also been trying to cancel it but they do the same, they say hold for the relevant department n keep you holding till they drop the call, I wouldn't advise anyone to use their services
