The tracker I have ever used.

I installed fidelity Amber secure drive last year. Have not been happy since day one.

The technician left the devices box in the car with *****s the panic button was installed where he wanted complained nothing was done.

This year February 2023 my fiancee was followed by some car she pressed both panic buttons no response from fidelity was received.

Have been trying to get in contact with them February to no avail. Managed to hold of the office on the 02/05/2023 spoke with some lady that promised to escalate this matter still waiting.

Can somebody help with the cancelation procedure because they know how to debt my money but service is ZERO.
