STAY AWAY FROM AMBER ALERT!

STAY AWAY FROM AMBER ALERT! I have a faulty unit on my car which drains the car's battery daily. I have been trying to get hold of the technical department for 2 weeks now, phoning various numbers and emailing. I yet have to get a response. This is the worst service ever. I sincerely doubt that you will get aid in an emergency. Today in desperation to get hold of ANYONE, I opted for Option no 1 : "report an emergency" and the call was not answered!
