No customer service

I wish I checked the reviews before installing the tracker because I am also experiencing poor customer service. I tried calling, no one answers. I reached out on Whatsapp and they said someone will call, they don't reply on social media posts either

A wrong vehicle was installed on my app which compromise the safety of that person.

My app doesn't deliver on showing the statistics or analytics they promised.

I don't always receive notifications when engine starts or stops.

I got a notification that my battery is low while other functions that uses a battery are working perfectly. This is on a new vehicle by the way.

I'm scared to test if panic buttons really work

I am so frustrated.
