Bad app, poor service, don't use them.

If I could rate a Zero, I would. They NEVER call back. I have been requesting for more than a year when phoning and leaving messages and on the app for someone to call me regarding an upgrade to "command". The app says I am on the command, their system says I'm on command but when I want to use the command features, I am advised to upgrade to command. Still waiting for the call. Called them (again) on Friday the 10th January 2025 and once again - they will give their sales staff a message to call me. Today is the 15th and I'm still waiting for this call. I called on the 10th late to talk to someone and sorry, the sales staff already left, they will phone on Monday. The app also does not give real time ignition on or off notification, it it gives it at all. ALSO, while on the call I for the first time heard that I have an emergency button - which no one explained to me or said I have. Still waiting for that person to call me too. So just I called ADT Amber Connect - held on for approx 10 minutes, couldn't speak to anyone as the line was cut off.
